Northern Daintree Rainforest Guided Tour

NGANA KULKINGA DUNGAY

EXPLORING NORTH OF THE DAINTREE RIVER THRU THE DAINTREE RAINFOREST AND AROUND CAPE TRIBULATION: WHERE THE RAINFOREST MEETS THE REEF.

Cape Tribulation Road is now open post Cyclone Jasper.

We have re-commenced our Ngana Kulkinga Dungay tours.

Please expect traffic delays and more time in the vehicle as the Daintree region is re-building from the effects of Tropical Cyclone Jasper.

Travel north of the Daintree River to explore the Daintree rainforest and the different environments around Cape Tribulation, where the rainforest meets the reef.

Learn about how these unique environments come together, and how the local Kuku Yalanji utilised and managed its’ natural resources.

Be guided on a walk through the world’s oldest surviving tract of low-land tropical rainforest, while your guide shares the history, culture and traditions of the Kuku Yalanji Aboriginal people.

It is special to discover an  elusive cassowary or a crocodile while on tour.

Pick ups from Port Douglas, Mossman and Daintree Village are included in the tour price.

*Contact us if you are staying north of the Daintree River as picks up can be arranged.
